Blake Orr – President (Founder)
As the initial founder of Echo Energies, Mr. Orr made it a priority to establish a focus on value added activities at the core of the firm. Mr. Orr attended Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and became a Bachelor of Science in the field of Finance. During his undergraduate studies, he focused his efforts on understanding the most cutting edge business theories in managerial efficiency, supply chain development, and behavioral finance. Prior to his involvement in the renewable energy industry, Mr. Orr sharpened his entrepreneurial abilities with two businesses, founding a new fraternal chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and engaging ASU’s Entrepreneurship Program.
Mr. Orr is dedicated to the proliferation of renewable energy technologies to every facet of the human culture. Mr. Orr continues to develop methods by which our existing infrastructure can be optimized and retrofitted in a fashion that will progressively penetrate the financial barrier that limits this objective. He firmly believes that the next step in our evolution will require us to understand and deeply appreciate our world’s limit on resources. Coming from a long line of farmers, Mr. Orr is accustomed to the concept of utilizing the sun’s powerful energy to produce.
Sean Arnold – Vice President of Operations
As the License Holder of Echo Energies, Mr. Arnold brings a wide range of construction management and contracting expertise to the company. With over 25 years of experience in custom home building and general contracting, Mr. Arnold provides powerful oversight to ensure the delivery of maximum quality in our work.
His aptitude has been trusted by several prestigious custom homebuilders in the Valley, along with the City of Scottsdale and the City of Peoria where he served as an ICC/ICBO Certified Building Inspector. Aside from Mr. Arnold’s proficiency in the application of sound building practices, he has amassed a vast supplier network of the industries finest manufacturers, contractors and expert industry advisors.
